Air Bubble Concrete Technology

Greentix's proprietary Lightweight Cellular Concrete (LCC) manufacturing process utilizes a naturally occurring, closed-cell bio-based foaming agent that creates fine, uniformly sized bubbles. This is complemented by a mix design tailored to each application. Highly efficient machinery and precise quality control ensure Greentix's lightweight concrete is stable and reliable, meeting international standards (ASTM, ACI).

GreenTix utilizes advanced analytical tools such as the Synchrotron Light Source, a high-end analytical instrument that allows the research team to precisely visualize and control micro bubbles at the scale of 100 to 400 microns. This level of bubble control is key to creating the unique properties of the product.
